| Seminars & Workshops: Seminar Descriptions Herbal and Supplemental Approaches to Hormone Rebalancing Therapy The natural transition from the child-bearing years known as menopause can be a joyous and exciting experience when the hormones are balanced. When imbalance occurs, women experience potentially unpleasant side effects, including hot flashes, night sweats, and memory and concentration difficulties. If those imbalances continue, bone integrity and overall health can suffer. In the Nutritional Approaches to Hormone Rebalancing Therapy, we discussed many ways to use food to help the body achieve and maintain hormone balance. In this seminar, we will continue to discuss how you can use various herbs and supplemental approaches that have been shown effective in rebalancing hormones and eliminating symptoms of hormone imbalance. Chad Oler, ND lectures across the country, in health care institutions and public forums on ways to determine the root causes of imbalance in the body and how to use natural healing methods to address those root imbalances. He owns and operates the Natural Path Health Center in Madison, WI.
