The following baked goods recipes were adapted from the Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread written by Bette Hagman. She has hundreds of recipes for gluten free, ultra-tasty breads, cookies and crackers that can be made healthier as shown below.

Smoothies are a great way to start the day or provide a pick-me-up anytime throughout the day. You can put pretty much anything (healthyJ) into a smoothie that you like - be creative and have fun with it. Smoothies are also a great way to disguise some of those things you should take but don't really like or get much needed nutrients into your kids or significant others.
