Alkaline Broth
Ingredients
Choose a combination of the following vegetables equaling approximately 1 ½ - 2 cups: celery green beans zucchini spinach parsley
Methods/steps
1) Place vegetables in a soup pot with a significant amount of filtered water. (More than enough to cover) 2) Bring to boil and then let simmer for 45 minutes. Drain and keep the broth.
