Alpha lipoic Acid is considered one of the most versatile antioxidants. Lipoic acid can recharge vitamin E, ascorbic acid, and glutathione. It has been very useful in prevention and management of cataracts and glaucoma as well as many other oxidative eye disorders and many other conditions.
